Wes Madden & The Madden Team
Madden Real Estate is a unique concept for the Alaska real estate market. The first of its kind in Fairbanks, Madden Real Estate (MRE) is a locally owned, team-centric organization specializing in residential and commercial real estate sales as well as property management.
Wes began his career in real estate following a medical retirement from the Army while serving as a medical evacuation (Dustoff) Black Hawk pilot. Wes performed rescues all over Alaska and was decorated in combat operations while serving in Afghanistan. Wes's transition to real estate was a perfect fit. As a stand-alone Realtor, Wes quickly became #1 in his market, however, being an acute observer of the market and consumer demand, he came to realize that there was a need for a more specialized and streamlined concept. He noticed the typical consumer didn't want a "one size fits all" answer to their questions or challenges and that each client deserved unique consideration to their needs.
Wes's training as an Army officer also provided him the skills needed to develop the systems and training programs that resulted in a team of specialists that were experts in each facet of the modern real estate transaction providing duplicatable service to clients that far exceeded their expectations.
Meet the Madden Real Estate Team
Just as doctors and attorneys specialize, so does each team member of Madden Real Estate. All of the team members are licensed Realtors, while MRE boasts more Associate Brokers than any other brokerage in our market. The team conducts an exhaustive training program as well as compiling a host of real estate designations equivalent of several graduate degrees. These specialists represent the best of the best; the elite in their field, if you will.
Buyer Specialists do exactly what their title suggests: specialize in helping a home buyer find the home of their dreams. Working with buyers poses many challenges that our specialists must handle on a daily basis: from knowing up to the minute financing information and guidelines, being an expert in writing contracts and negotiating purchases and repairs, and offering unique perspectives on the large geographical area MRE covers.
The Listing Partners specialize in working with sellers. Marketing and selling real estate involves a completely different expertise than purchasing. From analyzing current market conditions and trends, to strategizing marketing and pricing plans to dissecting net sheets and arranging for staging and presentation of each listing, the Listing Partners are the logistical and property marketing arm of the firm.
The Customer Experience Staff ranges from our 'Director of First Impressions', to our 'Director of Operations' all the way to our famous 'Closing Coordinator'. Their sole function is to offer a consistent level of service to the customer throughout the real estate transaction process that ultimately results in an experience that creates a Raving Fan of MRE. Clients know they can call on any team member in the office for information, questions or concerns.
