Located just South East of Fairbanks is the unique town of North Pole Alaska. Home to Santa Claus' house, year round Christmas decorations and street names and decor that reflect the atmosphere of the town. 

North Pole has great outdoor venues, highly charged youth sports and arts activities, friendly faces and pleasant conversations. North Pole boasts over 20 unique dining experiences with menus from around the world. With a summer festival and Christmas all in ice, you are sure to never have a dull moment in this one-of-a-kind town.

North Pole has strong ties in the military being situated between Ft. Wainwright , home to 12,000 troops and the nation's premier 1/25th SBCT, and Eielson AFB , home to 7,000 dedicated airmen of the 354th Fighter Wing and the 168th Air Refueling Wing of the Air National Guard.  If you are in the military searching for any home or real estate in the area please feel free to contact me. Just a couple miles south of North Pole is the Corps of Engineers Chena River Flood Control Project, which offers tours in the summer. The nearby Chena Lakes recreation area is popular for skiing in the winter and swimming and boating in the summer.  There is also transportation to and from Fairbanks to these destinations.

North Pole has a large residential population hidden away. The North Pole Hotel is the biggest hotel in North Pole and just opened in  2009. There is also Beaver Lake Resort and Jolly Acres Motel as well as a handful of bed & breakfasts.
